Job Details :

The Product Sales Specialist expands relationships with existing customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow one or more assigned product lines of QMetry (www.qmetry.com) . The Product Sales Specialist closes on qualified opportunities referred by the Marketing, Account Manager, or other sales personnel, while actively collaborating with these team members.

 This role will be reporting to the Product Sales Manager and is responsible for achieving sales quota in the assigned product lines, and for supporting the product-line success. The individual must have experience in software product sales, with the latest experience (1 year or more) in selling to Enterprises one or more SaaS products. Experience in selling Mobile and Testing based Software products is a big plus for this role. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects for the products and work with the marketing team to co-ordinate campaigns
  • Leads demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
  • Reaches out to the marketing qualified leads and provide demonstration of the SaaS based product
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
  • Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management
  • Follow-up with support team to ensure evaluation customers are successful in leveraging the product potential. Ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • This position may be assigned to support a geography or one or more named account teams
  • This position includes periods of telephone-intensive work and may require providing demo using Webex/Zoom/GotoMeeting remotely to customer. This position includes outside travel to customers’ premises.

 Basic Qualifications:

  • Four years college degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment; or Enterprises
  •  Would need to work in US/Semi US (4PM – 1AM IST) shift hence should be self-motivated, driven and disciplined in the approach
  • A record of achievement in the Business Development/Sales position.
  • Product certification or equivalent technical credential in sales with emphasis in selling subscription based products
  • PC proficiency and knowledge of lead generation tools like Pardot as well as CRM tools like SalesForce
  • knowledge of QA & Testing process and linked tools would be a plus
