Users can create, search, update, and view defects reports from either interface. Information such as JIRA user stories/issues can be mapped to the Requirements Module in QMetry making the import seamless. Creating defects is a simple one click step while customized fields allow organizations to leverage the strengths of both tools in one simplified process. Additionally, QMetry’s JIRA plug-in enables certain tasks for QMetry to be completed within JIRA, for example creating test cases directly from a JIRA issue or associating a defect to an existing test case for QMetry.
