Manish Mathuria has managed and consulted in Quality, SaaS and Mobile areas to executive management in Fortune 500 firms and high-tech Silicon Valley startups. He is passionate about conceptualizing and developing quality, test automation, performance and scalability tools. Having been around many technology success stories, he is a big believer in power of technology and software to solve complex business issues. He speaks regularly at leading quality and software engineering conferences worldwide. Mr. Mathuria holds an Executive MBA from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science.

When he is not tinkering with the next big ground breaking idea around QMetry, he loves to listen to music, run marathons, play volleyball or read about business and technology.

Sandip Patel

Sales

Sandip Patel is an experienced Sales Manager with over 16 years in retail, services, and software sales. Sandip has been with QMetry since its inception in November 2008. In his current position he oversees the sales and account management divisions. He is responsible for planning and execution of global sales in the Santa Clara and offshore offices. He plays a critical role in defining and leading QMetry’s strategy for the rapidly evolving Test Management market and aligning company resources to deliver a solution that can help optimize the QA process for organizations in all verticals.

If he is not demoing QMetry or burning another phone line, he loves to watch and follow sports. He enjoys getting outdoors and playing Basketball, Volleyball and some Football. He actively volunteers as a Youth coordinator at the local temple and is always looking for new activities to involve his wife and two young children in.

Devang Mehta

Marketing

Devang handles all our marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, lead-gen, social media presence, content for website and blog, conferences and a lot of other nifty stuff. He brings an eclectic background spanning 14+ years in engineering, business development and product marketing roles in high-tech companies to Qmetry. Devang has degrees in computer engineering and computer science, and an MBA form Carnegie Mellon University with a specialization in Entrepreneurship.

He enjoys playing and watching sports (cricket, football, soccer to name a few), playing chess and spending time with family.

David Silva

Product Management

David Silva is a seasoned Product Manager with over 15 years in developing products in leading edge software and hardware with extensive experience with product life cycle management. David has learned how a changing hardware and software environment can effect adoption of new standards and technology and development in general. In the 90s he provided support to develop the first dedicated video decoders and 3D graphics chipsets. David moved to software as the 12th employee at an upstart DVD playback, company, InterVideo, and within 18 months helped InterVideo expand from one small OEM account to 13 of the top 16 PC manufacturers in the world. David has since helped bring the first software based HDTV, DVR, and real time DVD recording products to market.

In his spare time David enjoys playing competitive sports, particularly soccer. He has played since he was 5 years old and in 2006 David used his personal and business experience to provide the business plan to build two successful local indoor sports facilities, MVP Arena and Striker's Den at the Silver Creek Sportsplex, the largest indoor sports complex in North America. David enjoys being back in high tech, but still enjoys a good game.

Neha Shah

Product Development

Neha is currently heading Qmetry engineering organization from India. She works with product management to define roadmap for Qmetry and is responsible for successful delivery of various Qmetry releases. She has 11 years of industry experience in networking/ embedded product development with ~5 years in management and leadership positions. She has a strong track record of leading large teams and complex programs towards successful delivery of Ethernet switching products.

Neha is a competitive swimmer and has won several swimming championships. Besides swimming, she loves to travel, watch movies and spend time with family.
